Cancellation Window

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. Beyond this window, your order will have entered the fulfillment stage and can no longer be cancelled.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please email us with the subject line “Cancel My Order” and include your Order Number in the body of the message. Our team will confirm your cancellation and process a full refund promptly, provided the request falls within the 24-hour window.

After the Cancellation Window

Once 24 hours have elapsed from the time of purchase, your order moves into production and can no longer be modified or cancelled. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out as soon as possible should you have any concerns.

Shipping Address Corrections

If you need to update your shipping address, we are happy to assist provided your order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately with your order number and the corrected address.
