How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, select your preferred style, and click 'Add to Cart'. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and you'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

How do I receive orders for multiple items?

To ensure each piece arrives in perfect condition, multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Is my personal information safe?

Absolutely. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption to safeguard all personal and payment information. Your financial details are used solely to process your transaction and are never stored or shared.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

How long does shipping take?

Once processed, orders are delivered within 2–4 business days within the United States via our standard shipping service.

What is the final order time?

To ensure same-day processing, orders must be placed before 3:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

Do you also ship outside the United States?

Currently, our shipping is limited to the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required, no exceptions.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

How long does it take to get my money back?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Are there any restocking fees?

No. We do not charge any restocking or handling fees on returned items.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

For hygiene and quality reasons, gift items and opened or used products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately via our contact page to request a cancellation, as orders enter processing quickly.
