To ensure same-day processing, orders must be placed before 3:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the following business day. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement.
Delivery Times

Tracking Your Order

Change of Address

Lost or Missing Packages

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that reshipment may be subject to an additional delivery fee.
